Bulk Container

Bulk containers are containers that are specifically designed for the transportation of bulk cargo, such as grain, feed, and spices. They are typically large containers with a capacity of several thousand cubic feet, and they are equipped with several loading and unloading hatches to facilitate the flow of bulk cargo. For example, bulk containers may have three loading hatches on the roof, each with a diameter of around 455 mm (1 3/4 inches). The distance between the hatches is typically 1.83 m (6 inches), and the container may also have unloading hatches on the door and at the entrance. Additionally, bulk containers may have lashing rings on the upper part of the side beams to secure the cargo, and they may also be equipped with openings for forklift trucks to facilitate loading and unloading. Overall, bulk containers are designed to provide the optimal conditions for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk cargo.
