Insulated Container

Insulated containers are designed to protect goods from temperature extremes and maintain a consistent internal temperature.

The thin walls of a standard dry container may be affected by external climate conditions, such as extreme heat or cold, which can cause damage to the cargo. Insulated containers help to prevent this by providing insulation to maintain a consistent internal temperature. In some cases, standard containers can also be temporarily converted into insulated containers by covering the inside of the container with insulating materials.

Insulated containers are generally available in 20 feet (6.1 m) and 40 feet (12.19 m) sizes, but they can also be customized by the manufacturer to meet specific requirements. Overall, they provide an effective solution for transporting temperature-sensitive cargo by rail or sea.

Use of Insulated container

Insulated containers also prevent rainwater from entering the container and minimize condensation, particularly at the door opening area. This helps to keep the cargo dry and prevent damage.

Another advantage of using insulated containers is their durability for long-term storage. Because they are designed to maintain consistent internal temperatures, they can be used to store cargo for extended periods without causing damage. This makes them a versatile and reliable solution for a variety of cargo transportation and storage needs.
