Carriage

The act of transporting goods from one point to another.
For air or ocean from international departure port(Port of Loading) to destination port (Port of Discharge) (port to port).
Charges on carriage must be paid on both ports of the transportation.

e.g.

An container is moved to Durban port and then moved by ship to Rotterdam. A Currency Adjustment Factor must be paid on the Carriage.
